According to Calciomercato, Alexandre Lacazette is preparing to wave goodbye to Arsenal, and wants an exit from the Emirates Stadium.
What’s the story?
Well, the £182,063-a-week man’s contract expires in June, and it doesn’t look like he’ll be receiving a fresh deal.
Calciomercato believe Lacazette is keen for a change of scenery due to the difficulties Arsenal are currently experiencing.
The Frenchman wants to join a club who regularly compete at the highest level, and can help him win silverware.
Juventus and AC Milan are said to be eyeing the 30-year-old, who is yet to score in the Premier League this season.
Calciomercato mention that Atlético Madrid and Sevilla are also keen.
Unless there’s a dramatic change, it seems as if this will be Lacazette’s last season with the Gunners.
Should Arsenal keep Alexandre Lacazette?

In our view, this is best for all parties – Lacazette has run his course at Arsenal.
The former Lyon striker is the club’s third-highest earner behind Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Thomas Partey.
However, he doesn’t really do enough for how much he is paid.
Offering him a new contract could involve a salary reduction, although given where his wages are at now, even that would be a high figure.

With Folarin Balogun and Gabriel Martinelli waiting in the wings, we feel Mikel Arteta should be comfortable in letting Lacazette go.
Ideally, a club will submit a bid in January, so Arsenal recoup some money for their No.9.
However, that will only happen if a club wants him immediately at that point, as he can sign a pre-contract agreement with European clubs in January ahead of a summer move.
Hopefully, Arsenal can send Lacazette out on a high by winning a trophy, if he does stay beyond January that is.
