Helder Costa could be set to leave Leeds United today, if a suitable offer comes in, the Daily Express reports.
Costa to go?
Leeds are set to sign Daniel James from Manchester United, as they increase competition in the forward areas.
And it could be that Costa is now due to head out of the exit door.
There has apparently been interest from Spain, although no club has really firmed up their offer with a bid.
That being said, things could change rapidly – with news of Costa’s potential availability becoming public.
Falling down the pecking order
Costa fell down the pecking order at Leeds last term, where he made just 14 appearances in the Premier League, and his game time could be even more limited this time around.

It, therefore, may make sense for all parties if Costa is moved on.
Leeds could stand to make back a reasonable fee on the 27-year-old too.
Leeds paid £16 million (BBC Sport) to sign him from Wolves back in 2020, and while they may not get all of their money back, he should still command a rather considerable fee, given his level of talent.
