Arsenal are reportedly in talks with Donny van de Beek over a potential Emirates transfer.
According to 90min, the Gunners have made contact with Manchester United about the 24-year-old’s future.
Van de Beek has been at Old Trafford for one season, having made a £35m move from Ajax last summer.
Despite arriving to much fanfare, he struggled in his maiden season.

He made 36 appearances, but most of those were off the bench, and made just two goal contributions.
Van de Beek failed to dislodge Bruno Fernandes from the No. 10 spot, and got just over 500 minutes of Premier League football.
To make things worse, he had to withdraw from the Netherlands Euro 2020 squad through injury.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is reportedly looking to bolster his midfield in wake of a dismal 2020-21 season.
As a result, the Gunners have apparently asked United to keep them updated about Van de Beek’s situation.
Arsenal icon was “Talking enthusiastically”
Arsenal legend Dennis Bergkamp reportedly played a big part in Van de Beek’s decision to join United.
The former Gunners forward was Ajax’s assistant manager as Van de Beek made his way through the ranks.
Former Ajax boss Frank De Boer revealed last year how much Bergkamp rates Van de Beek.
‘Dennis started talking enthusiastically about a talent in his youth team,” ,’ Metro quotes De Boer as saying.
“It was a boy who reminded Dennis of himself at that age. That was the signal for me to keep an eye on that guy. That was Donny.”
