Somehow yesterday, Arsenal left Elland Road with a point.
The Gunners were way short of their best in West Yorkshire, with Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United dominant for large periods of the match.

The Whites had 25 shots but only four hit the target, and they struck the woodwork three times.
Mikel Arteta certainly has work to do with his side, who have now failed to score in four of their last five league games.
For one reason or another, it just isn’t clicking right now for the Gunners in the final third.
One man who probably came away Elland Road as Arsenal’s big winner was Reiss Nelson.
He’s been short of minutes this season, but the 20-year-old was fairly lively for the Gunners after he came on for Willian at half-time.

There was a zip about him, and Arsenal did look more threatening when he and Bukayo Saka were on the field together supporting Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Potentially, regular minutes could now await Nelson.
TBR’s View – Arteta needs to do something different
Arsenal’s lack of goals at the moment is a big concern and something has got to give.

Arteta has shown great faith in Willian since his summer move to the Emirates, but his 45-minute showing against Leeds was poor.
Nicolas Pepe was also ineffective before his moment of madness, meaning all of a sudden, Nelson might just have climbed the pecking order, especially with Alexandre Lacazette not getting off the bench yesterday.
He showed real glimpses during his cameo, and £15,000-a-week star Nelson (Spotrac) might just be worth Arteta putting his faith in going forwards.
