‘Rank, offers nothing’: Rangers fans rip into Lassana Coulibaly

Lassana Coulibaly completed 85 minutes in the draw to Hibernian on Boxing Day – and some of the Rangers fans on Twitter believe he needs axing from the side.

Steven Gerrard’s side were held to a 1-1 draw in the league on Wednesday, as Darren McGregor netted a late 86th minute equaliser for the visitors at Ibrox.

Alfredo Morelos did score his 20th goal of the season in the first-half to initially put the Gers in front, but they slipped up once again in the title race and host leaders Celtic at the weekend in their next fixture.

A selection of Rangers supporters on social media vented their frustration towards “bang average” midfielder Coulibaly after the contest.
