Rangers are interested in bringing Zinedine Ferhat to Ibrox this summer, with Foot Mercato reporting that the Gers are one of the teams keen on signing the 28-year-old.
Steven Gerrard’s side are, of course, gearing up for a push to try and make next season’s Champions League.

And it appears that they are looking at one of the most impressive performers in France this year as they consider potential signings.
According to French outlet Foot Mercato, Rangers are battling the likes of Saint-Etienne and Sassuolo for Ferhat, who has scored six goals and contributed 10 assists in the top flight.

It is noted that the Algeria international is out of contract at the end of next season. So perhaps, Nimes may feel compelled to sell in the coming months.
TBR View: Ferhat in esteemed company
Ferhat has enjoyed the most productive campaign of his career so far. No player has provided more assists in Ligue 1 this season than the winger.
In fact, the only player to have contributed the same number is Memphis Depay.
So it would be a real coup for Rangers to bring him to Ibrox this summer. And given his contract situation, perhaps there may be scope for the Gers to get him at a reasonable price.
