Rangers are set to see Celtic claim their eighth consecutive Scottish Premiership title in the coming weeks. They will complete a triple treble and ensure plenty of work for Steven Gerrard during the summer.
If the Light Blues are to make the title race more competitive next season, the boss knows he needs to ensure a decent transfer window during the summer.
Rangers have certainly improved this season but for the club’s supporters, they want to see players attracted that can end their barren run without silverware.

According to The Sun on Sunday (28/04; page 59), Gerrard is very keen to take Norwich defender Timm Klose to Ibrox for next season.
The report does suggest that the newly promoted Canaries want to keep hold of the central defender. Gerrard, however, wants to speak with the Switzerland international to try and prise him north of the border.
It is far to suggest that a player with the quality that Klose possesses is exactly the sort of player Rangers need to be attracting.
The 30-year-old has played over 100 times for Norwich but will see his contract expire at Carrow Road this summer. At this stage, it remains to be seen if a new one will be forthcoming.

Rangers will have a requirement for defensive reinforcements. Joe Worrall will return to Forest in the summer, whilst Gareth McAuley will surely depart having failed to feature much at all.
Klose would represent a vast improvement on both of those players given his vast experience. His arrival could seriously enhance Rangers’ chances of ending Celtic’s dominance on Scottish football.
