Ovie Ejaria set for Reading move
Ovie Ejaria is set for another loan move this month after cutting short his stay at Ibrox.
The 21-year-old played 28 games for Rangers, scoring twice, after his summer loan move from Liverpool.
But Ejaria decided to head back to Liverpool rather than stay for the rest of the season.
According to The Sun, the England under-21 midfielder is now set to join Championship relegation battlers Reading.
Steven Davis joins
Rangers have confirmed the signing of Steven Davis on the club’s official website.
The 34-year-old returns to Ibrox for a second spell, penning a six-month loan contract.
Davis was surplus to requirements at Southampton and his contract will expire next summer.
The Northern Ireland international will be hoping to impress enough to earn a permanent deal at the end of the season.
Ryan Hardie recalled?
Ryan Hardie will be part of the Rangers squad heading to Tenerife for the winter training camp, The Daily Record has confirmed.
The 21-year-old striker had been on loan at Scottish Premiership side Livingston, who hoped to keep him for the whole season.
But Steven Gerrard has decided to take a look at the Scotland under-21 international in Tenerife.
It seems that Hardie – who scored five in seven for Livingston – could have a part to play for Rangers.
