Rangers boss Steven Gerrard is still trying to improve his team at Ibrox and the Glasgow side are continuing to be linked with a number of possible additions.
Gerrard has already lured the likes of Calvin Bassey, Jon McLaughlin and Ianis Hagi to Rangers this summer, and others are expected to arrive at Ibrox.
One potential recruit has been identified by reports in Bulgaria, who suggest that Rangers are keen on a 26-year-old midfielder.
As reported by 7 Sport, Rangers have been identified as one of several teams interested in CSKA Sofia midfielder Kristiyan Malinov.

The report claims that Rangers have expressed an interest in the 12-cap international, along with a host of other clubs from across Europe.
It is suggested that Malinov has put his future in the hands of his agent and will focus on finishing the season with his current club. At that point, he will consider his options for next season.
Malinov is a creative defensive midfielder who would likely challenge the likes of Ryan Jack, Steven Davis, and Glen Kamara for first-team football at Ibrox.
As for his valuation, amid recent speculation regarding a move from a Romanian side for his services, DigiSport claimed CSKA valued the midfielder at €2 million (£1.8m), which would seem affordable.
Time will tell if Rangers do follow up on this reported interest and make a move for what could be an interesting recruit.
