Rangers are reportedly open to letting Jake Hastie and Glenn Middleton leave the club on loan this summer (The Scottish Sun).
Hastie was signed by the Gers just weeks ago on a four-year deal, but Steven Gerrard is ready to sanction his temporary exit from the club so as not to stunt his development.

Winger Middleton will also be allowed to leave to get regular game time elsewhere.
The 19-year-old was promoted to the first-team by Gerrard at the start of 2018/19 and started brightly, before fading back into the shadows in the second half of the season.
With the pair possibly leaving the club this summer, there could be a real window of opportunity for Eros Grezda.
TBR’s view
It is important for Hastie and Middleton to be playing regular football at this stage of their fledgling careers.
It is therefore likely that both will depart and that could be great news for Grezda, who underwhelmed in his first season at Ibrox.

The £1.8 million signing from NK Osijek (Scottish Sun) struggled to break into the team as a starter, but now he is used to the nature of Scottish football, there’s a chance he’ll improve in 2019/20 – providing Gerrard keeps him around of course.
Ryan Kent will be a mainstay if he re-signs on loan as reports have suggested, but perhaps taking Daniel Candeias’ place in the side should be Grezda’s focus.
Life won’t be easy though, with new signing Jordan Jones and forgotten man Jamie Murphy also in the equation.
