Rangers moved to within a point of Celtic at the top of the Scottish Premiership after demolishing Aberdeen 5-0 at Ibrox.
The Gers were far too strong for the Dons and goals from James Tavernier (2), Greg Stewart, Jermain Defoe and Alfredo Morelos ensured a rout.
Steven Gerrard’s men were in cruise control from the very first whistle and he will have relished this sort of performance ahead of their Europa League contest with Young Boys on Thursday.

A surprise inclusion on Gerrard’s team-sheet saw Stewart make his first start of the campaign against one of his former clubs.
He didn’t disappoint either. He claimed a goal and an assist in the comfortable victory, offering supporters hope that he can become a good player for the Light Blues.
Supporters were particularly pleased with his contribution too. Stewart playing in a midfield role he was in fine form going forward, catching the eye of the Rangers faithful.

The 29-year-old arrived on a free in the summer having been released by Birmingham City. Prior to Saturday, he had only started twice; once in Europe and once in the Scottish League Cup.
After his goalscoring performance on Saturday, we looked at a selection of tweets from Rangers supporters regarding Stewart:
