Rangers boss Steven Gerrard has suggested to the Scottish Sun that the concept of Flo Kamberi having a bad attitude is way wide of the mark.
The striker joined the Gers on loan from Hibs in January and is in line to make his full debut in tonight’s Europa League last 32 contest against Braga.
Rangers will defend a 3-2 lead in Portugal this evening but with Alfredo Morelos suspended, the door has swung open for the 24-year-old.

Gerrard has quashed suggestions from some outsiders that he might be a bad-egg and insists he could prove a great signing for the club.
He told the Scottish Sun: “Flo deserves his start in this team on merit and what he’s brought and contributed since he’s come in.
“We heard a lot of things about him on the grapevine before he arrived, about the character of the boy.
“It’s completely different. He’s been the ultimate professional, in great shape and asked lots of questions.
“He wants to learn, is enjoying being here. He’s playing with a smile and he’s been a real breath of fresh air.”
Some eyebrows were raised when Gerrard added Kamberi to his squad during the January window. Largely because they didn’t feel he had the required quality to improve the team.
Opportunity
So far he has one goal in his five substitute appearances for the Light Blues and what a time it would be to add another goal to his tally this evening.

Braga showed last week just how good they can be and Rangers will need another solid showing this evening.
Gerrard might just be the ideal manager for Kamberi. His comments suggest he has faith in him and he could really stake his claim for a place with a strong showing this evening.
His record of 30 goals in 84 games for Hibs isn’t bad and at 24 there is still plenty of time for Gerrard to try and unleash even more potential out of the striker.
