Jordan White scored the only goal of the game on Sunday evening as Ross County produced a stunning, yet surprise result to beat Celtic 1-0 at Dingwall – and Rangers fans have responded to his post on Twitter.
White, 29, joined Ross County in January from Motherwell after failing to score in 19 games at Fir Park. But the prolific forward has taken to life under John Hughes, and arguably scored the biggest goal of his career on Sunday.
He has started in superb fashion with Ross County. With the score still reading 0-0, Ross County earned a free-kick on their left flank and White got his head on the ball – nodding the set-piece into the back of the net.
It was a brilliant header and an even better win for County, who climbed off the bottom of the Scottish Premiership table with the three points – leapfrogging Hamilton and Kilmarnock into tenth place. White posted on Twitter.

The defeat for Celtic came just hours after Rangers earned a 4-1 win over Dundee United at Ibrox to go 18 points clear at the top of the table. Ianis Hagi, Joe Aribo, Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent all scored for the Gers.
Rangers fans reacted to the powerful striker’s Tweet, applauding him for his goal. It is a goal that with eight games left to play in the league, sees Rangers just seven points away from mathematically securing the league title.
