A number of Rangers fans have taken to Twitter to laud John Lundstram after his display at Ibrox as Steven Gerrard’s side booked their League Cup semi-final spot.

Ianis Hagi is being lauded by many for changing the game. But plenty of supporters have insisted that Lundstram produced a much improved display.
The 27-year-old only arrived at Rangers in the summer. But he has come in for a lot of criticism.

He has not made the best start to life with the Gers. And it did seem that some supporters had largely written the former Sheffield United man off.
However, he has managed to silence a lot of his doubters with his last few performances for Rangers.
And some even suggested that he was the best player on the pitch against Livi on Wednesday.
Admittedly, a look on social media would suggest that some are still to be convinced about the summer signing. They remain adamant that he has a lot more to prove before he gets close to their strongest lineup.
