Rangers recorded a 2-0 away win over Hamilton on Saturday evening – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter picked out Ryan Kent as the most exciting performer with his display.

Steven Gerrard’s side continued an impressive start to the league season with another victory, which means they now have 16 points from their opening six games to sit top of the division standings at this early stage.

It also means the Light Blues have started the campaign with six consecutive clean sheets and look so well organised defensively.

The Gers found themselves in front early through Ianis Hagi’s goal, as he tapped in from close-range in the 15th minute after a deflection off the crossbar.

Captain James Tavernier added a second just five minutes later with another simple finish inside the six-yard box.

A selection of Rangers supporters on social media picked out attacker Kent as someone that really impressed against Hamilton and one suggested that his game is getting better.

The 23-year-old continued in the number 10 role for Gerrard’s team and was at the heart of everything going forward, with his pace and trickery making him the standout individual on the pitch.
