Rangers enjoyed another win at Ibrox on Sunday afternoon to pile the pressure on their rivals tonight. Afterwards, Allan McGregor earnt some praise from the club’s supporters on Twitter.
The 39-year-old has been akin to a fine wine this season, rolling back the years to help Rangers land a first league title for 10 years.
McGregor has enjoyed a fine career in the professional game. He started out at Rangers before moving onto Besiktas, Hull and Cardiff before returning to Ibrox.
The man with 42 caps for his country made a tremendous save at 0-0 during Sunday’s comfortable 4-1 victory over Dundee United – showcasing his undoubted talent.

McGregor has kept 14 clean sheets for Rangers this season, with Steven Gerrard yet to see his side beaten in the Scottish Premiership during 2020/21.
After such a comprehensive victory it’s perhaps bizarre that Rangers fans were talking about a defensive player.
It’s clear that McGregor’s form this season hasn’t gone unnoticed though and Twitter was awash with praise for the £11,000-a-week goalkeeper.
After another strong day between the posts, the fan base was full of pleasantries and here is what some of the Rangers fans were saying about the custodian.
