A number of Rangers fans have taken to Twitter to discuss Florian Kamberi’s future after the striker told Swiss outlet Blick that he would love to stay at Ibrox beyond the end of the season.
Kamberi has proved to be a very good loan signing for Steven Gerrard’s side. Admittedly, the 25-year-old has only scored one goal for the Gers.

But he has come off the bench on a number of occasions and made a crucial impact. He has also provided two assists for Rangers in the Scottish Premiership.
And ahead of the final stages of the season, Kamberi insisted that he was hoping to extend his stay with the club beyond his loan spell.
“I really want to stay here long term,” he told Blick.

“Playing in front of 50,000 fans every other week is just awesome.”
It must be noted that there are some Rangers fans wary of making a rash decision with Kamberi. He was outstanding during the loan spell at Hibernian that earned him a permanent move to Easter Road. But he was unable to recapture the form he showed while on loan.
There are some concerns that that could potentially happen again.
But the large majority of Rangers fans on social media have given a permanent bid for Kamberi their backing.
They believe that he could definitely make an impact for Gerrard’s side beyond this term. And they are hoping that he will get his wish and secure a permanent move.
Here is how some of the Rangers fans reacted to Kamberi’s comments…
