Rangers have confirmed on their official website that Scottish Premiership rivals Aberdeen have completed the signing of midfielder Ross McCrorie.
The combative midfielder will spend the 2020/21 campaign on loan at Pittodrie before signing permanently in a deal worth £350,000 in June 2021 (Daily Record).
McCrorie has risen through the academy ranks at Ibrox and leaves having made 55 first-team appearances for the football club.
Last season he spent time on loan with Portsmouth in League and prior to that Dumbarton and Ayr United have provided him with temporary homes.

McCrorie has fallen out of favour at Rangers under Steven Gerrard and this move will allow him to kick-start his career with regular first-team football.
Rangers are yet to concede a goal during 2020/21, securing three wins and a draw from their opening four games of the campaign.
McCrorie will have known that his chances of regular action were to be infrequent and Aberdeen looks like being a good club for him.
Following his departure, Rangers fans have been taking to Twitter to speak about the midfielder, with plenty of the opinion that the player should have been given a chance – others, however, feel an exit is right.
Here is a selection of Tweets from the Gers faithful regarding the departure of Ross McCrorie.
