Rangers supporters are stunned over a recent stat that has revealed just how impressive Steven Gerrard’s side have been this season in both attack and defence.
The Sportsman tweeted that Rangers defenders have scored more goals (18) in the Scottish Premiership this season than they have conceded (13), with the Glaswegian club just one result away from completing an unbeaten campaign as well as on course to beat Celtic’s record of the fewest goals conceded in a single year, with the 2001/02 side letting just 18 goals in.

Rangers have been on monstrous form all season under Gerrard in the league, with the Gers easily securing their 55th ever league title after nearly 10 years since their last SPL triumph, and their defence has played a huge role in this achievement, with the likes of James Tavernier and Connor Goldson being influential figures in the squad.
And supporters on social media were stunned over just how big a role the defence have played in their title success this season, with fans amazed that Rangers defenders have scored more goals than they have conceded with just one game left to play in the campaign.
