Rangers fans react as reports link Gerrard with move for Scott Wright
Rangers are making an effort to sign Aberdeen winger Scott Wright during the January transfer window – and the Light Blues supporters have been reacting on Twitter.
Wright is out of contract in the summer and the Dons could be tempted to cash in, according to the Daily Record.
Another option for Rangers is that they will agree to sign the player at the end of his contract – allowing him to stick with Aberdeen for the 2020/21 campaign.
Wright has rejected a new deal with Aberdeen, telling Derek McInnes that he’d like to keep his options open.

The 23-year-old emerged through the club’s youth ranks and has played 75 games for the Dons.
During the current campaign, he has scored twice and claimed five assists from 17 outings.
This season he has typically operated as a No.10 but he is capable of playing on either side of a three-man strike force too.
Wright is still learning his trade and he fits the ethos a Steven Gerrard signing just nicely.
He is young, plays in a number of positions and boasts superb energy levels.
Ahead of a potential move by Rangers to sign the youngster, supporters took to Twitter to react.
Here is what they were saying about the interest in Wright.
Looks a cracking wee player so would welcome the move. Maybe ship them Jones on loan as a softner.

Scott Wright is a risk free signing, offer them either Mcrorie now and or Stewart and get it done. Low cost and low risk, seems to have potential
