Rangers extended their lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership with a 2-0 over Livingston.
Steven Gerrard’s side opened up a six-point gap between themselves and Celtic, who were held to a 3-3 draw by Aberdeen at Pittodrie earlier in the day thanks to a late Lewis Ferguson penalty.
Having seen the slip up it was important for Rangers to pounce, and that they did with a comfortable showing at Ibrox.

The Light Blues grabbed two first-half goals courtesy of Joe Aribo and Jermain Defoe.
Defoe’s goal was especially well taken; James Tavernier with a great lofted ball over the top that was expertly converted by the veteran first-time with his left foot.
Livingston were unable to reply, much to the frustration of Celtic supporters no doubt.
There were plenty of strong individual performances from a Rangers point of view, and one man who came in for particular praise on social media was Ianis Hagi.

The 22-year-old was very lively for the hosts, and set up Aribo for the opener – his sixth assist in the league in 2020/21.
His creativity and vision in the number 10 role was a real threat for Livingston, before he was replaced by Jordan Jones late on.
