Rangers and Celtic are the two juggernauts of Scottish football and currently occupy the top two positions in the Premiership.

The Old Firm bragging rights look set to head to Celtic Park once again with them on the cusp of a triple treble.

Rangers did stop their rivals from landing another piece of silverware last night. The Light Blues securing victory in the Scottish Youth Cup Final.

The Gers ran out 3-2 winners at Hampden Park to give David McCallum’s side a famous victory.

On a night on high entertainment, Rangers secured the victory thanks to a close-range header from 16-year-old Nathan Young-Coombes.

A highly-rated prospect within the Rangers ranks, the forward arrived at Ibrox having been released by Premier League outfit Chelsea.

It is the first time that the Gers have lifted the Scottish Youth Cup since 2014.
