Rangers have completed the signing of Leicester City midfielder Andy King on a season-long loan, according to the club’s official website.
The 30-year-old has won League One, the Championship and the Premier League during his time with the Foxes.
He is seen as a legend with the East Midlands-based outfit and he will add some experience to a relatively young Rangers squad.

On paper, it looks like a smart loan signing by boss Steven Gerrard. King will need to prove his fitness somewhat having not played much football recently.
His loan spell at Derby last season was curtailed when he suffered an ankle injury at Nottingham Forest in February which ended his season.
Rangers will relish having King in their squad though and it will now be interesting to see what sort of role he performs under Gerrard’s management.
No midfielder has scored more goals for Leicester City. He has played over 375 times for the Foxes and is a firm fan favourite.

Following his move to Ibrox, Rangers supporters have taken to Twitter to welcome their new recruit to the club.
The majority are delighted with his arrival and we looked at a selection of tweets regarding King’s decision to join the Gers:
