Rangers have discovered who they will face and when this morning as the fixtures for the 2019/20 campaign were revealed.
The Teddy Bears will face Kilmarnock at Rugby Park on the opening weekend of the season, allowing Steven Gerrard a chance to make amends for their defeat on the final day of the 2018/19 campaign.
Paul Heckingbottom’s resurgent Hibernian team will be the first visitors to Ibrox the weekend later.
The Old Firm purists won’t have to wait long to get a chance to see the two clubs go toe-to-toe in 2019/20. Celtic rock up at Ibrox on August 31st; with a trip to Celtic Park pencilled in for December 29th.

The third clash between Celtic and Rangers takes place at Ibrox on March 14th.
Steven Gerrard’s team have been handed a home game against Motherwell as their final fixture prior to the split on April 4th.
December is arguably the most challenging month for the Gers.
They face four away games, including one at Celtic and only two at home.
Rangers start their season early due to their participation in European competition and they should be able to hit the ground running in the league.

Naturally, when the fixtures are released, supporters have been mulling over the list.
