Southampton midfielder Mario Lemina is reportedly an option for Paris Saint-Germain. The Gabon midfielder is being considered one of the less costly options for the French side, albeit at £30 million, who need to stay on the right side of Financial Fair Play.
The Daily Mail suggests he joins the likes of Idrissa Gana Gueye and Abdoulaye Doucoure on the list. The other man being considered by PSG, could be the perfect option for Southampton to replace Lemina.
The player in question is Red Bull Salzburg midfield dynamo Diadie Samassekou. The Mali star has been thriving in Austria and plenty of teams across Europe have been linked with his signature.

Ralph Hasenhuttl may have an advantage. During his previous role at RB Leipzig, he effectively got first pick of the best talent at Salzburg.
The Austrian certainly wanted Samassekou. As reported by ESPN in March, the Leipzig boss had spoken to the Mali international regarding a Leipzig switch.
Of course, he left the German side at the end of the season, so completing the deal became impossible.
But if Lemina goes to PSG, then Samassekou is the perfect ready-made replacement for his services.
