Radja Nainggolan tells Mo Salah he wishes he could join Liverpool celebrations

Mo Salah has posted a heartfelt message to Liverpool supporters after the Reds were crowned Premier League champions following Chelsea’s 2-1 win over Manchester City – and Radja Nainggolan has sent him a message.

Celebrations carried on through the night as Liverpool were crowned champions for the first time in 30 years. It is the first time a Premier League side have been named champions, with as many as seven games to go.

Willian’s penalty – after Kevin De Bruyne had cancelled out Christian Pulisic’s owner – saw Liverpool finally mathematically out of Manchester City’s grasp. Salah and co. celebrated into the early hours following the win.

The Egyptian attacker posted on Instagram a thank you message to Liverpool supporters, as well as hinting that he would stay at Liverpool this summer amid reports by saying he wants to keep bringing “the joy you deserve”.

Plenty of old Liverpool players, former teammates and other footballers have paid tribute to the Reds stars for their stunning Premier League triumph – which sees them sit 23 points above Pep Guardiola’s side.

But £34million (Goal) Roma midfielder Nainggolan – Salah’s former teammate at Roma – commented on the ex-Chelsea star’s Instagram post, joking that he wished he was part of Liverpool’s celebrations.
