Tottenham have been fantastic this season.
Yes, they may be fifth in the Premier League, but they’re not too far off the top of the table at the moment, and if it weren’t for an injury crisis over the past two months, Spurs could potentially be in the title race.
Of course though, as good as Spurs have been, there’s always room for improvement, and speaking on The Spurs Show, Tottenham legend, Terry Naylor, has been discussing Harry Kane’s departure and how Tottenham would fair with Kane in the side right now.
The pundit says that Kane would improve any team, and he reckons that Spurs would be an even better side if Kane were to return to the club tomorrow.

Spurs would be better with Kane
Naylor spoke about the £86m man.
“Getting back to what you were saying, the players who are playing today are terrific players, don’t get me wrong, Obviously we are missing Harry Kane, but we play in a different way and look very dangerous on the break. Harry would improve any team and if he came back tomorrow we’d be an even better team obviously,” Naylor said.
Imagine
It’s painful to think about it in a way, but could you imagine what this Spurs team under Ange Postecoglou would look like with Kane leading the line.
Spurs are already one of the most exciting attacking teams in England right now, but with Kane they would be that much better.
It’s not an understatement to say that Kane may well be the best finisher in world football, and Spurs fans don’t need us to tell them about his creative abilities as well.
Unfortunately, Tottenham sold Kane in the summer, so we’ll never know what he’d have looked like under Postecoglou, but with Daniel Levy teasing a few months ago that there was a buy-back clause in place, perhaps we could see this come to fruition in a few years’ time.
