Reported Leeds United target Ryan Kent has been praised by Stuart McCall, who thinks he’s the one player Rangers cannot afford to lose this summer.
According to the Scottish Sun, Whites boss Marcelo Bielsa remains keen on the Ibrox winger, who has helped Steven Gerrard’s side win the Scottish Premiership title.
Kent, who has also impressed in the Europa League, could now be the subject of a £15million bid from Elland Road, added the outlet.

Speaking to Sky Sports, McCall gave his verdict on which Rangers players he feels could be on the radar of other teams at the end of the season.
“Wow, what a good question because there are ones who will stay because of their age,” he said, as transcribed in the Scottish Sun.
“I don’t think anyone will be coming in for the likes of [Allan] McGregor or [Steven] Davis who I think have been so important as have [Connor] Goldson and [James] Tavernier – who signed a new deal.
“I suppose you’d look at the top end of the park when tight games, European games when somebody can do something different, isolate players and go by people would be Ryan Kent.
“I think he is the one standout attacking wise that can do something. Left foot, right foot, score and create goals.
“I think you can always get solid defensive players in a structure but when you are looking to go break down teams or hit on the counter Ryan Kent is terrific at doing that and I think he would be a big loss.”
TBR View:
It’s understandable that Rangers didn’t want to let Kent go last season, given what was at stake – the long-awaited 55th title, their first for years, plus stopping Celtic getting their hands on a 10th consecutive crown.
Now that Rangers have completed the mission, while Leeds have impressed in their first season back in the Premier League, could the Whites increase their offer, and could the Ibrox camp cash in on arguably one of their profitable assets?
