Arsenal fans enjoyed a masterclass from their team on Wednesday evening as Mikel Arteta’s Gunners put four past Norwich at the Emirates Stadium.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang netted a brace against the Premier League’s bottom side, while Granit Xhaka and Cedric Soares also got on the scoresheet.
Arsenal had gone into the fixture on the back of two wins and, just after the half-hour mark, had the breakthrough.
On 33 minutes, Aubameyang made the most of Tim Krul’s hesitation to take the ball from the keeper and slot into the empty net.
Xhaka then doubled the lead four minutes later with a powerful low effort to give Arsenal a commanding half-time lead.
The Gabon star got his second and his 19th of the Premier League this season in the 67 minute, coolly converting after another Norwich error at the back, this time from Josip Drmic.
Cedric came off the bench to make his Arsenal debut with 15 minutes to go and went on to round off the scoring with an effort from distance.
While most Gunners players were praised by the fanbase, many were particularly impressed with Dani Ceballos.
The Spaniard had his best game since Burnley, showing great defensive awareness but also improved vision and speed in moving the ball forward, providing chances on a platter for his teammates.
Here is how some Arsenal fans reacted to the 5ft 10in maestro’s display:
Plenty to like from Arsenal so far, especially from Ceballos, who is so ludicrously graceful in games like this. However the ball is at times just moving a bit slowly when they have possession.

Dani Ceballos has been Arsenal’s star man so far. Sublime performance by him so far

Please stop writing players off. I told you about Ceballos.
Give him time as he’s still young and he’ll perform. Always rated him!

Ceballos today is what we hoped we were getting from the start.

Is that Ceballos or prime Iniesta??

Dani Ceballos playing like a prime Santi Cazorla. Love to see it.

That was quite fun. Auba great, Ceballos with his best game since Burnley, a debut goal for Cedric, clean sheet thanks to Emi and 3 points.
Arteta’s in-game management has been questioned, so nice to see him deal with the Norwich half-time change with Willock sub which helped.
