Predicted Tottenham XI to face Ludogorets: Sanchez starts, 10 changes

Tottenham face Luogorets this evening looking to continue their good run of form and put one foot in the knockout stages of the Europa League.

Jose Mourinho’s men ran out 3-1 winner over the Bulgarian outfit last time out and the boss will hope for a similar result this evening.

Tottenham defeated Manchester City 2-0 at the weekend and Spurs currently sit top of the Premier League and are brimming with confidence.

Ahead of tonight’s contest in Europe, we looked at the players who could feature.

In goal and back four

Hugo Lloris is, of course, the club’s number one but Joe Hart might be handed a chance to impress tonight.

Japhet Tanganga might get the chance to play some more minutes tonight too, with the 21-year-old playing in just one League Cup game all season.

Eric Dier should start alongside Davinson Sanchez at the back, with the £65,000-a-week Colombian in need of a solid performance.

At left-back, Ben Davies is likely to replace Sergio Reguilon.

Giovani Lo Celso stepped off the bench on Saturday to score a neatly taken goal. With that in mind, the Argentine should come in from the off tonight.

The 24-year-old has 21 caps for his country and is still striving for consistency at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Alongside him, Harry Winks should start with the England man finding himself on the bench on occasions this season.

He too will need to impress this evening.

In attack

It wouldn’t be a surprise to see Dele Alli start in the No.10 role this evening and earn a chance to get some minutes under his belt.

Gareth Bale should play on the left, with Brazilian forward Lucas Moura earning a start on the right-hand side.

Upfront, the sensational Harry Kane will probably get a rest and that could open the door for Carlos Vinicius to start.

The 25-year-old has started two of Tottenham’s three European games this season and he’ll be desperate to score his first goal for the club.

Here is how Tottenham’s team might look this evening:
