France take on Germany tonight in an eagerly anticipated Euro 2020 clash as the group of death finally gets underway.
Tonight’s two teams are in a group with Portugal and Hungary and each fixture looks like an exciting one.
Les Bleus will go into tonight’s game looking to flex their credentials to win the competition.
The World Champions were beaten by Portugal during the final in 2016 and will want to make amends.
Ahead of tonight’s game, we looked at the predicted France XI that Didier Deschamps could call upon.
In goal and back four
Tottenham star Hugo Lloris should start in goal for France and he will look to put a mediocre signing behind him.

The £100,000-a-week wasn’t in the best of form for Spurs but remains the French number one.
Benjamin Pavard enjoyed a really good World Cup during 2018 and should start at right-back.
At left-back, Lucas Hernandez looks like most likely player to start, just ahead of Everton defender Lucas Digne.
Raphael Varane and Presnel Kimpembe should start at the heart of the back four.
Midfield
Deschamps is likely to persist with his diamond midfield for Euro 2020.
Chelsea warrior N’Golo Kante should start at the base.
The £140,000-a-week Champions League winner has been bang in form and could take the tournament by storm.
The double pivot in the central midfield positions could be key and Manchester United star Paul Pogba should start.
He was a revelation at the World Cup and will hope to have a strong Euro 2020 too.
Alongside him, Deschamps is likely to call upon Adrien Rabiot.
At the tip of the diamond, Antoine Griezmann should get the nod to play.
In attack
There will be a big decision for the France boss to make.
Kylian Mbappe will start in attack with Karim Benzema and Olivier Giroud competing to play alongside him.

The Chelsea man hasn’t played much football this season and as a result, Real Madrid star Benzema should be given the green light.
Here is how tonight’s France team might look:
