Leeds United moved into second place in the Championship last night with a 1-0 win over Reading. It was a game that will be noted for the heroics of goalkeeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell. The young stopper, under pressure from understudy Will Huffer, saved a 90th minute Marc McNulty penalty to secure all three points at Elland Road.
But Marcelo Bielsa must take credit for two half-time substitutions that saw the game explode into life.
One of the players who came into the game was youngster Jack Clarke. Brought on for Ezgjan Alioski, who continues to frustrate Leeds fans, the youngster was in fine form. The 18-year-old gave Reading left-back Chris Gunter nightmares with a direct, fast and dynamic style that asked constant questions of the Reading defence.

With Alioksi and Jack Harrison struggling for their best form, Clarke surely has a chance at starting a game for Leeds soon?
Clarke has been brought into the first-team by Bielsa this season much to the joy of the Leeds fans. They love to see a local lad done good and last night was yet another indication of how special Clarke might be.
Leeds fans were near-universal in their praise on Twitter…
