Tottenham fans have been dicsussing the future of Sergio Reguilon, after reports in Spain once again claimed Real Madrid wanted to buy the left-back back in the summer.

It is believed Reguilon has a buy-back clause in his contract with Spurs since signing from Madrid in the summer. And Spanish news outlet Ok Dario claimed yesterday that Los Blancos are considering using that clause this summer.

It is little surprise and nothing brand new for Spurs, this. It was well known when Reguilon signed that a clause was said to be inserted, while his fine form has only intensified rumours.

Spurs fans, then, have been discussing the potential of losing Reguilon on Twitter today. And while some believe it won’t happen, there are those Tottenham supporters who feel this could be a nightmare scenario.
