According to Sky Sports, the 23-year-old is having a medical with the Whites.

Judging by the reports, it looks as though Leeds could potentially make an exciting official announcement today.
Leeds set to sign player who “works hard in every single game”
Speculation linking Leeds and James has intensified over the past 24 hours.
According to BBC Sport, Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa has been keeping a close eye on James since his move to Elland Road from Swansea collapsed in January 2019.
The 23-year-old subsequently joined Manchester United in the summer of 2019, where he has made 74 competitive appearances.
“Dan has been brilliant since he came in,” Marcus Rashford said in the club’s matchday programme in January 2020 – via the Daily Mail.
“He works hard in every single game and, when it comes down to it, that is all you can ask of each player – to give it all they’ve got.
“He definitely does that and, if we can adapt more to his playing style, he can cause some teams nightmares down the right-hand side, as we’ve seen in some games this season.”
BBC Sport also reported that the Elland Road outfit was thinking about moving for James last summer as well.
However, the Whites ultimately went for Raphinha.
