Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has insisted Thomas Partey has settled in really well at the Emirates Stadium and is already a very popular figure in the dressing room.
The Ghanaian has wasted little time in becoming a key player for the Gunners, impressing across his four appearances for the club so far.

Against Manchester United last weekend he was outstanding, dominating the midfield along with Mohamed Elneny.
It is already beginning to look like Arsenal have struck gold with his signing, and Aubameyang has revealed things are going just as well off the pitch as on it.
He said of the 27-year-old (quoted by the Mirror): “It was a great performance from the whole team and it was great to see Thomas Partey play like that even though he’s not been here long.
“Off the pitch he’s a really humble guy and you can see that on the pitch as well because he really gives everything in the game.

“He is really simple and quiet, so humble, and we all really like him.
“He’s really funny too – sometimes he’ll do some jokes and we won’t be expecting it. So he’s settled in really quickly.”
TBR’s View – Perfect start for Partey
Aubameyang’s comments will be welcomed by the Arsenal faithful, who are delighted to now be watching Partey as a Gunner following a summer-long chase by the club.
It sounds very much as though Arsenal have acquired a top man as well as a top player, and there is definite potential for him to become a fans’ favourite.
