Arsenal duo Emile Smith Rowe and Albert Sambi Lokonga were both doubts ahead of the Premier League meeting with Norwich.

Gunners playmaker Smith Rowe withdrew from the England Under-21s camp earlier this week as he was feeling unwell.

And Lokonga missed out on Belgium’s final World Cup qualifier of September due to a knock.

“There was a small warning, I would not speak of injury, but of discomfort, in training,” said Roberto Martinez.

However, Walfoot claimed Lokonga’s issue was not serious, while Arsenal’s Thursday team update didn’t mention the 21-year-old.

Now, with just one day until Arsenal are back in Premier League action, it looks as though both Smith Rowe and Lokonga will be fine to play.

Fan account ZRAFC shared two photos from the Gunners’ training session today.

A certain boost for Arsenal ahead of an important clash with Norwich:

Arsenal sit bottom of the Premier League, so the fixture against Norwich has become a crucial relegation six-pointer.

But Mikel Arteta has received several injury boosts alongside Smith Rowe and Lokonga being in training.

Gabriel Magalhaes, Ben White and Thomas Partey are available for selection and almost certain to start on Saturday.

However, Mohamed Elneny and Granit Xhaka won’t be involved for Arsenal due to injury and suspension respectively.
