
Arsenal are busy at work in Germany ahead of their pre-season game against FC Nurnberg this week, and alongside new boy Gabriel Jesus in training, there are quite a few youngsters – like Reuell Walters – who have been called up to the first-team.
The Gunners have begun their pre-season tour, and the first stop is in Herzogenaurach. Arsenal’s official website calls it a mini training camp before the game at the 50,000 capacity Max-Morlock-Stadion on Friday.

There is a lot of excitement around Arsenal at the moment – mainly because of Gabriel Jesus. The Brazilian is the Gunners’ biggest signing of the summer transfer window so far, and he really is an excellent addition.
Arsenal fans may get their first glimpse of Jesus tomorrow in the game against Nurnberg in Germany.
Along with the Brazilian, Mikel Arteta may give opportunities to a number of youngsters to see what they’re all about. Young Walters could well be one of them, and he has been spotted alongside a number of first-team stars in the training camp in Herzogenaurach.

Reuell Walters was once at Tottenham
Walters is naturally a right-back but can also play as a centre-half. He joined Arsenal as an under-16 player and has impressed massively since.
However, what many may not know is that the now-17-year-old was once a part of Tottenham’s academy.
Walters spent four years at Spurs and was really impressive there as well. Tottenham offered him a new two-year deal to keep hold of him, but the youngster, along with his dad, decided that he needed a break from academy football.
After nearly two years away, he joined Arsenal, and if he continues his growth, it’s only a matter of time before he becomes a household name in an around North London.
