Juventus are interested in a transfer for Leeds United’s Kalvin Phillips, according to TuttoJuve.

The publication is claiming that the Whites have ‘set the price’ needed to sign the England international.

Leeds are thought to be demanding between €25m (£21.4m) and €30m (£25.7m) for the player.

However, the Old Lady isn’t the only club interested in Phillips.

Real Madrid, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City want to secure his services.

He was in sensational form for the Three Lions as they eased to a 1-0 win over Croatia. His performance earned him rave reviews with Jose Mourinho labelling it ‘very, very good’.

Marcelo Bielsa claimed Phillips has a ‘big capacity’

TBR View: Leeds must fend off transfer interest if Phillips continues Euros form

Phillips started the European Championships in stunning form. His display against a talented Croatia has seemingly attracted a raft of top teams.

The 25-year-old attempted the most dribbles and had the second highest pass accuracy throughout the 90 minutes.

His performance level at both ends of the pitch was brilliant with England easing to victory.

However, the worry is that should Phillips continue his stellar form, a move away becomes ever more likely.

It proves a sticky situation for the Whites because on the one hand, they’d want to retain his services. On the other hand, there will be a keenness to watch an academy product make it at the highest level of European football.

The heavens are the limit for one of Leeds’ best players. However, his importance to Marcelo Bielsa’s side must not be underplayed.

Any transfer of Phillips needs to met by Leeds with an ambition to replace him with a like-minded player.
