A number of Leeds United fans have praised Joe Gelhardt for his efforts in Friday’s Premier League 2 clash.
Mark Jackson’s Under-23s picked up their second league win of the season away at Derby.
Leeds U23s ran out 3-2 winners, with Crysencio Summerville, Sam Greenwood and Gelhardt netting for the visitors.

Osazee Aghatise opened the scoring for the Rams nine minutes in, but Summerville equalised for the Whites.
Two more goals came within the opening 30 minutes as Connor Dixon and Greenwood scored to make it 2-2.
Gelhardt then put Leeds ahead for the first time on the night with less than 20 minutes remaining.
And the hosts finished the game with ten men when captain Eiran Cashin was sent off for a second bookable offence late on.
Gelhardt has been impressive at Thorp Arch since his move from Wigan in 2020.
Indeed, The Athletic has claimed that Leeds coaches think he and Cody Drameh will have lengthy Premier League careers.
And some Leeds fans would already like to see Marcelo Bielsa give the 19-year-old a chance in the first-team:
