Peter Crouch has been ranking and rating some of the best wingers in Premier League history.
In a video posted on his podcast’s social media page, Crouch has been ranking the greatest wingers to ever play in the Premier League from Cristiano Ronaldo to Aaron Lennon.
Crouch ranked the players in four categories, from GOAT, to A, B and C respectively.
Crouch made some interesting choices here, and, intriguingly, he ranked Arsenal newcomer, Raheem Sterling, quite highly.

Peter Crouch ranks Raheem Sterling above Freddie Ljungberg
Crouch spoke about the £50m Arsenal loanee and his place in the pantheon of great Premier League wingers.
“Hazard, I think he goes in A. Raheem, I’ll put him next to Mahrez for me (B), alongside Mahrez. Aaron Lennon, I love him but he will have to go in C. Cristiano. I’ll put him at the top right. Freddie Ljungberg, he again goes into C,” Crouch said.

Raheem Sterling is an all-time great
It sounds strange to say it about a player who is just 29 years old, but Raheem Sterling is a Premier League great.
He’s won multiple league titles, he’s a member of the 100 club, and he’s provided some massive moments in his time.
Away from the Premier League, he was England’s best player at Euro 2020, while he also has an FA Cup final hat-trick on his CV.
Of course, Sterling will be hoping to build on his incredible legacy during this loan spell with Arsenal, but even if Sterling doesn’t make any sort of impact with the Gunners, he will go down as a Premier League legend.
