Peter Crouch raves about James Rodriguez after Everton win over West Bromwich Albion

The Colombian starred once again on Saturday.

The former Premier League star made the comments in his Daily Mail column (The Verdict pull-out; page 10).

The 29-year-old scored and set another up at Goodison Park, enjoying a debut to remember.

Crouch was impressed with the Colombian international.

He told the Daily Mail (The Verdict pull-out; page 10). “He’s a beautiful player and he’s been a treat to watch during his first two games for Everton.

“The goal he scored against West Brom was picture perfect.”

Rodriguez looks like being a star attraction for Everton already and he’s clearly going to thrive under Ancelotti’s stewardship.

The man with 76 caps for his country had lost his way in recent years and a move to Everton looks perfect for him.

During his time with Real Madrid, he won the Champions League twice and the La Liga title on two occasions as well.

Having a natural-born winner in the squad can only help Everton’s chances of a successful season.

Rodriguez’s arrival seems to have lifted everyone at the club and with two wins out of two they have made a perfect start.

Ancelotti wants to take the Toffees into Europe and with Rodriguez playing at his best, they will stand every chance of qualification.
