Peter Crouch is in awe of the stunning job Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is doing.
Spurs have managed to book their spot in the Champions League final this season, where they face off against English rivals Liverpool in Madrid.
The North London outfit have the opportunity to win Europe’s elite club competition and have done it in dramatic fashion.
There knockout route has seen some incredible successes against Manchester City in the quarter-finals, while they overcame Ajax in the semi-finals thanks to Lucas Moura’s hat-trick in Amsterdam.
Ex-Spurs striker Crouch feels that the current group are writing history and hailed Pochettino.
“When I look at Tottenham, I see a group who are being led by an inspirational manager and writing history,” Crouch wrote in the Daily Mail.

TBR’s View:
Pochettino has massively overachieved in guiding Spurs to a Champions League final and it would be a fairytale if he ends up winning the competition.
It’s remarkable that he’s achieving success with a club that have signed no new players during the last two transfer windows and are currently without their best player Harry Kane through injury.
Crouch played in some eye-catching Spurs teams during his time at the club, but this current group are a level above and have some truly top-class talents.
They have lost both meetings with Liverpool during the league season, but both have been by 2-1 scorelines and they have shown they can cause them real problems when attacking.
