Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has waxed lyrical about Ferran Torres following his amazing display for the Citizens last time out.
The 21-year-old joined City last summer in a reported £21million move from Valencia and has enjoyed a superb maiden season at the Etihad.
He has already clocked up 34 appearances for Pep Guardiola’s side, registering 13 goals and three assists.

And last Friday night, Torres bagged a sensational hat-trick as Newcastle United were beaten 4-3 at St James’ Park.
All three of the Spaniard’s goals were excellent improvisations, suggesting that the youngster is a natural finisher.
Guardiola wasn’t surprised, however, saying Torres has always shown what he’s capable of in training.
“The first goal was so nice, because it was a difficult execution,” he told the City media team.
“It took skill and talent and action. Ferran has always had the ability and showed in training.
“He is a good finisher, has pace and quality and decision making is always good.”
TBR View:
Torres is a player of the highest calibre and he certainly looks like he’ll have a superb career for City and for Spain.
City icon Paul Dickov has previously said that the club sees him as a future No. 9 (BBC Sport, 1 May, 13:49), so it’ll be exciting to see how he continues to develop in sky blue over the coming years.
