Leeds United’s former goalkeeper Paul Robinson has been discussing the team’s hopes in the play-offs. Specifically, he discussed Leeds’ chances in their first-leg against Derby County in the semi-finals.
Speaking to FansBet, he stated his belief that Leeds would win with a Kemar Roofe goal. So, if you are looking to win your next bet, perhaps look at the former England international for tips.

But he also expressed concerns about two areas in which Leeds have struggled, for goalscorers and a successful regular penalty taker.
“I think Leeds are stronger than Derby. I am going for a Leeds win and Roofe to score.
“They lack a striker. They’re relying heavily on Roofe at the moment. I hope he’s fit, I hope he’s going to play. They need a 20-goal a season man, they haven’t got one.
“They’ve paid for penalty misses as well. They need somebody who can take penalties.”
Of course, Leeds have two players with the potential to be 20-goal scorers. Summer signing Patrick Bamford is undoubtedly a top striker with the ability to scored 20 goals in a season. Roofe has demonstrated the same ability.
Both, however, have also suffered from injury this term.
Roofe has spent large chunks out of action whilst Bamford has been battling knee trouble for most of the game.
But with Bamford back from suspension and Roofe fit and firing, you have to believe Leeds have the firepower to get the better of Derby on Wednesday night.
And if it goes to penalties? Hopefully, Leeds have got the bad ones out of their system.
