Paul Parker has told Eurosport that Arsenal star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang hasn’t looked interested during the 2020/21 campaign.
The former Premier League right-back was discussing Arsenal’s current plight during a recent interview.
Mikel Arteta has overseen a nightmare start to the current campaign, with his team languishing in 15th place.

Aubameyang has scored just three goals in the Premier League since signing a new bumper deal at the Emirates Stadium.
Parker believes his form has dropped off, delivering a scathing assessment.
He told Eurosport: “Arsenal made a massive investment in keeping captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, but I don’t think he’s showing any great interest or desire.”
The Gunners were fancied by some pundits to make a genuine fist of reaching the Champions League this season.
With Thomas Partey, Gabriel and Dani Ceballos returning for a second loan spell, it seemed as though Arsenal had worked wonders in the transfer market.
The signing Willian hasn’t worked, however, and the decision to leave Mesut Ozil out of the 25-man squad looks foolish.
It is perhaps the downward spiral for Aubameyang providing the most concern though.
Arsenal’s £250,000-a-week captain fired 29 goals in all competitions last season and that seems a far cry this time around.
TBR View – Reviving talisman is Arteta’s biggest conundrum
Plenty has been made of Arteta’s decision to play Aubameyang out wide.
Last season, however, 17 of his goals came from 20 appearances playing wide on the left.

He scored nine in 18 when playing through the middle.
This season, he has found himself playing on the right-wing more often than not and it doesn’t seem to be suiting him.
If Arteta can find a way to create more chances for the Gabonese striker then Arsenal’s form could quickly transform.
