Pape Matar Sarr says Tottenham have a player who is ‘just amazing’

Tottenham Hotspur have had an up and down season so far.

The north London club have been brilliant at times but poor at others, and, unfortunately, some of Spurs’ best players have been quite inconsistent this season.

Yves Bissouma, James Maddison and Richarlison have all had peaks and troughs throughout this season, but there is one player who has been constantly brilliant on almost a weekly basis.

Speaking to Tottenham Hotspur’s official TikTok page, Pape Matar Sarr has been speaking about Heung-Min Son, and he had some special praise for his captain.

Pape Sarr’s praise for Son

Sarr took part in a TikTok challenge in which he had to use just one word to describe Son.

As you can imagine, a number of Tottenham’s players had great things to say about the attacker, but Sarr’s praise perhaps resonated mosted as he stated that Son is ‘just amazing’.

‘I think he’s just amazing’,” Sarr said.

Heung-Min Son is incredible

Sarr really isn’t wrong when he says that Son is amazing.

The South Korean has, once again, been Tottenham’s best player this season, and he’s been perhaps the most consistent player in this team as well.

Playing so well so consistently isn’t easy, especially after so much turmoil at Spurs over the past 12 months.

However, after being given the captain’s armband this summer, Son has stepped up a level and he has very much put the team on his back at times and got them over the line when it has mattered.

Whether or not Tottenham end up finishing in the top four this season remains to be seen, but if they do, Son’s form this season will have played a massive part in that.
