Pablo Zabaleta has stuck the boot in on his teammates after a terrible display against Everton on Saturday.
The Hammers were beaten 2-0 at the London Stadium after putting in their worst of the year according to manager Manuel Pellegrini.
The hosts conceded both goals in the first half as Everton dominated proceedings, and the team were booed off at half-time.

Things didn’t improve in the second half, and now veteran Zabaleta has let rip.
He told the club’s official website: “We didn’t show any character. We were poor on the ball, we gave the ball away so cheaply, we didn’t create many chances, we were really poor at both ends of the pitch. It was a bad day, really.
“Personally, I am not happy at all because if you look at the season so far, we have not been consistent enough.
TBR’s view
Zabaleta’s comments are bang on the money, but it’s now down to the players to do something about it.
The mentality issue has already come up this season, and to hear that it is still a problem must be slightly concerning for the fans.

West Ham have some very talented players capable of ripping teams apart, but if there is no solid mentality in place then there can be no hope of securing a place in Europe.
The current crop have to go into every game believing they can tear the opponents apart. There needs to be focus from the very beginning and a desire from each and every player.
