Owen Hargreaves raves about Arsenal trio after win over Molde

BT Sport pundit Owen Hargreaves picked out three Arsenal players for praise following a 4-1 win over Molde in the Europa League.

Bukayo Saka, Joe Willock and Eddie Nketiah were the trio selected by the former Premier League player during BT Sport’s live coverage of the game (05/11; 21:50)

Arsenal beat Molde 4-1 with boss Mikel Arteta choosing to make several changes to his starting line-up.

Plenty of fringe players earned the chance to shine and despite a slow start, the Gunners ultimately prevailed against the Norwegians.

Hargreaves took time out to rave about three performers shortly after the final whistle.

He told BT Sport: “I think it’s a great night for Mikel and for Arsenal.

“I thought Nketiah was great, Willock has come in and was fabulous and Saka from the bench has made an impact.

“Credit to Molde but it’s a really good night and a really good run out for Arsenal.”

The Gunners have three wins from as many games in the Europa League and look on course for the knockout stages.

Arteta will be craving more silverware during the current campaign after winning the FA Cup last season.

It won’t be easy to win the Europa League but ultimately Arsenal now have a bigger and better squad.

Several changes were made last night and plenty of players proved their worth and highlighted their desire to play in the league games.

Arsenal look to be in a good place on the pitch and the Gunners seem to be in safe hands under Arteta.

Willock, Saka and Nketiah did play well but it was actually strong team performance by Arsenal.

The future looks bright for the Gunners and supporters will hope the good days start to outweigh the bad ones.
