BT Sport pundit, Owen Hargreaves, believes Arsenal can win the Europa League thanks to talents like Joe Willock and Folarin Balogun.
Both young players put in fine performances for the Gunners last night as they saw off Dundalk. The 4-2 win meant Arsenal finished with six from six in their EL group, despite their poor Premier League performances.

Balogun got himself noticed with a fine assist and goal, while Willock once again played well. And Hargreaves, speaking following the game to BT, believes those two, plus Bukayo Saka, can help the Gunners to success.
“Arsenal have a genuine chance of winning this competition,’ Hargreaves said on BT Sport. ‘Balogun came on and had a good impact. We’ve seen Willock have a terrific impact in this competition and Saka before,” he said. (via Daily Mail)
“It’s brilliant for these young kids from the academy to come here and play football at this level and this will mean a ton to them. A couple more came on today and showed real quality moments.”

A number of other Gunners players played well, too. Young midfielder Emile Smith-Rowe looked good again, while Mohamed Elneny was one of the more experienced ones to impress.

Of course, the Gunners will want to turn around their league fortunes but the Europa League is a big chance of winning some silverware.
The Champions League teams are due to drop into it in the next round but Arsenal look strong. Their young players, too, seem to see it as a big chance to impress.
They won’t be far away come May, barring a disaster in the coming months.
