Reading have completed the signing of Liverpool midfielder Ovie Ejaria.
The 21-year-old joins Reading on loan until the end of the season, having cut short his stay at Rangers earlier this term.
Steven Gerrard pushed hard to snap up Ejaria on loan last summer, securing his services on a season-long loan deal.
But despite playing 28 times for the Gers, Ejaria decided to terminate his loan spell prematurely and return to Liverpool.
His time at Ibrox was mixed with some impressive displays but a lot of frustrating ones too.
Ejaria’s decision making was questionable at times and Rangers fans became frustrated that he had the natural talent but lacked the execution at times.
The England under-21 international will move to Reading tasked with keeping them in the Championship.

The Royals sit 23rd in the second tier, five points adrift of safety. It is a very worrying situation for Reading fans.
But unfortunately, judging by his brief stint in Glasgow, Ejaria does not have the character to be Reading’s saviour.
When the going got tough at Rangers, Ejaria decided to quit and return to Liverpool rather than battle it out in Scotland.
Reading need players will full-bodied commitment but both on and off the pitch, Ejaria is yet to demonstrate that.
Unless he has a complete change of mindset and steps up his game, it could be back-to-back relegations for Ejaria – who was demoted with Sunderland last season.
